Not worth it! by DMS
We received this as a Christmas gift and it was broken within a week! The plug that allows the coffee to drip into the pot refused to open and we either had coffee and grounds all over the counter and floor (making 8 cups), or were scalded from a brew basket full of hot coffee. Very poorly made and definitely not worth the money.

I’ve had this coffee maker about 8 months now, the thermal carafe is great keeps coffee hot for hours. However the pour spout is a challenge to get in the cup, leaks all over if you pour a reasonable amount, also the water chamber leaks now only after 8 months of daily use. Nice under cabinet design and carafe but essentially a waste of money. time for another coffee maker
